Blade Brake Clutch Bail: To engage blade, actuate the bail lockout lever on the right side of the handle and pull the upper bail against the handle. To disengage the blade, release the bail.
Self Propel System: To propel the unit, lift the lower bail to engage the gearbox drive belt. The speed will vary as pressure is applied or removed. Shift lever on the right side of the handle. - Blade Brake Clutch (BBC) - Eliminate downtime andextend rope life with innovative BBC design that stops the blade from spinning while the engine continues to run and the transmission continues to operate.
